Autodesk Quantity Takeoff
Autodesk® Quantity Takeoff software enables cost estimators to gather design data, high-quality
images, and precise information from intelligent design applications such as
AutoCAD®, Revit® Architecture, and AutoCAD® Civil 3D®, as well
as from “nonintelligent” CAD data and image formats.
With Quantity Takeoff, estimators can leverage property data to automatically
or manually measure, count, and price walls, doors, windows, and other building
objects. The results can then be printed, exported to Microsoft® Excel®,
or published to Autodesk® DWF™. Autodesk Quantity Takeoff supports
the smoothest workflow, from design to cost estimation.
Stay Digital
Consistent productivity depends on up-to-date drawings and
data. Quantity Takeoff reporting tools pull together detailed materials reports
significantly faster than paper-based processes, keeping data digital and up-to-date.
Stay Realistic
It’s true what they say: Time is money. Related components
are easily cross-referenced to count and quantify building components and what
they comprise so estimators can spend their time costing, not counting.
Stay Fluid
The superbly flexible Materials palettes in Quantity Takeoff enable
cost-data collectors to simply select a design object and then view related properties
to quickly quantify them using the integrated Takeoff List palettes.
Stay on Track
Quantity Takeoff uses the latest Autodesk technology to provide drawing,
viewing, quantification, and markup capabilities, allowing design data and other
vital information to unite within an open and fluid architecture.
